Chris has successfully represented Tenants including Orchard Supply Hardware, Lemonade Restaurant Group, Super Duper Burger (Adriano Paganini), Starbird Restaurants, Paul Martin’s Restaurants, Starbucks Corporation, 7-Eleven, Bonobos, Marine Layer, Uforia Fitness, Vigilante Hospitality Group, Nopa Restaurant Group, Pacific Catch, Oren’s Hummus Shop, among others.
He has successfully represented major Landlords and Developers such as Boston Properties, Thompson Dorfman, KB Homes, Hines, Fairfield Residential Company, New York Life Investments, Joie de Vivre Hotels, UBS, Mission Housing Development Corporation, Associated Estates, as well as many other local and regional landlords and developers.
Prior to Lockehouse, Chris spent three years with Terranomics Retail Services (now Cushman Wakefield) based in the San Francisco office. While with Terranomics, he completed over 200,000 square feet of retail leasing work with regional and national tenants as well as regional and institutional landlords.
Chris also spent several years on the East Coast, most recently working with Focus Real Estate Group in Manhattan, New York, a boutique real estate firm specializing in brokerage, asset management and development. Chris also worked with two professional firms based in Washington D.C. He was a Retail Tenant Coordinator with Federal Realty Investment Trust managing tenant and landlord construction within a 1.5 million square foot portfolio consisting of 12 Class A shopping centers, and as a Property Manager of residential properties of up to 900 units for Oakwood Worldwide, a global leader in temporary furnished and serviced apartments.
Chris holds a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of International Business Administration Degree from American Intercontinental University. He grew up in Hillsborough, California and attended the Menlo School. Chris lives in San Francisco with his wife Allison.
